COMPLAINTS

  1. All Goods purchased in the Online Store are subject to a 2 (two) year warranty, in accordance with the Act on consumer rights and the Civil Code Act.
  2. The basis for considering the complaint is: a receipt, VAT invoice, e-mail order confirmation or other proof of payment (e.g. bank transfer confirmation or credit card statement)
  3. In the complaint, the Buyer should provide details of the complaint, in particular which Goods are being advertised, when the defect was noticed, as well as the circumstances justifying the complaint and the Buyer's demands.
  4. 4 Gentleman Shop, within 14 days from the date of notification by the Buyer, who is a Consumer, the complaint will inform him of his position on the legitimacy of the claim, provided that he has requested replacement of the item or removal of the defect, or submitted a price reduction statement, specifying the amount for which the price is to be be lowered.
  5. 4 Gentleman Shop, within 30 days from the date of submitting the complaint by the Buyer, will inform Him about its position within 30 days from the date of its receipt.
  6. The shipment with the advertised Goods should contain the Buyer's statement, containing a relatively accurate description of the defect of the Goods, proof of purchase referred to in point 6.2 above and the Buyer's current return address, with a contact telephone number or e-mail address, to enable direct and immediate contact with the Buyer .
  7. If, as a result of 4 Gentleman Sklep recognizing the complaint as justified, the Goods have been repaired or replaced with a new one, or the reported complaint has been rejected as unfounded, 4 Gentleman Sklep will immediately return such Goods by courier to the address provided by the Buyer, unless another form is agreed with the Buyer handing over the Goods.
  8. In a situation where the advertised Goods are not collected by the Buyer, 4 Gentleman Shop will call the Buyer in writing or possibly otherwise personally agreed with him, to collect the Goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of such request. After the expiry of this additional period, the 4 Gentleman Store will be entitled to charge fees for non-contractual storage of the Goods, in the amount of PLN 2, charged for each day of storage.

A complaint submitted by a Buyer who is not a Consumer, without the attached document confirming the sale, will not be considered.
