PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT:
- At the request of the Buyer, all Goods purchased in our Online Store are exchanged within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
- In the event of replacement of the Goods, the Buyer shall ship the purchased Goods at his own expense.
- In the event of replacing the Goods with Goods of a higher value, the Buyer will be obliged to make an additional payment to the value of the selected Goods in force on the date of the choice. If the Goods are replaced with Goods of a lower value, the difference in the amount will be refunded to the bank account indicated by the Buyer.
- The exchange is implemented after prior settlement of the exchange in accordance with paragraph 4.3 above and choosing the method of delivery.
- The Buyer may replace the ordered Goods for the same in a different size or for a different one, bearing the costs of returning the unused goods, undamaged in any way, in their original and undamaged packaging to the address of the online store.
- The Buyer is asked to confirm in advance by e-mail whether the Online Store offers the size expected by him. If the goods are unavailable, 4 Gentleman Shop will make every effort to replace the goods as soon as possible. In a situation where the exchange is impossible (e.g. due to stock depletion), 4 Gentleman Sklep will offer a different available product to choose from, or refund the money to the indicated account.
- The buyer is also asked to attach an exchange form to the goods being replaced.
- The time of the exchange is from 2 to 14 business days, counting from the moment of receipt by 4 Gentleman Store of the shipment with the goods subject to exchange.
- The parcel with the goods subject to exchange should be sent to the following address: Albert Borowiecki, Poland, ul.Dzieci Warszawy 27C, m74, 02-495 Warsaw, tel. 00 48 883 191 462, e-mail: info@4gentleman.pl, attaching the completed product exchange form containing the name, surname, order number, information about the request to replace the goods, address details to which the replaced goods will be sent. The goods to be replaced must be sent in their original packaging. The goods to be replaced cannot contain traces of use.
- The rules described in the Act on consumer rights may not be used by persons who purchase the products in connection with their business activity.
- We only make exchanges via courier - personal visits to the 4 Gentleman Sklep office are not possible.
To improve the exchange process, please put the paper version of the form in the package with the returned product.
